• All Homes are Prebuilt & Delivered Directly To Customers Location of Choice (Unless Stated Otherwise in Description)!!

• Delivery is usually 4-12 weeks depending on production and where you are located.

• All homes are customizable by size, color, material and style

• All tiny houses sold on this platform come with a 5-year warranty through our company.

• Pre-assembled tiny homes come MOVE-IN READY (with appliances included such as kitchen, stove, oven, sink, dishwasher(If requested), shower, toilet, bathroom mirror, etc.) and there is no need for assembly. All of our standard tiny houses come with “3” 12 mini splits w/ 12v electricity to insure temperature control.

• The only thing the customer will be responsible for is setting up utilities such as plumbing and electricity supply within the home (The hook-ups are already installed).

• If the tiny home of your choosing comes non-assembled, we will contact you within one business week to schedule a time between you and a local contractor and discuss more details regarding the construction process.

  Once scheduled, a local contractor will arrive on the property listed on your delivery profile (unless stated otherwise), and begin building your dream home!

  Contracting can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks depending on the home purchased.
